Wayland Baptist LVN to BSN vs. Galen LVN to ADN. Thoughts?

Hello everyone! So I am currently an LVN in the process of moving to San Antonio, TX to continue with my RN. I'm from a small town that does not offer an RN program, hence the move.. *anyway* I am very indecisive as to whether to choose the LVN to BSN program at Wayland Baptist OR the LVN to ADN program at Galen. I've met with an advisor at both and it turns out the BSN would cost about $24,000 where as the ADN roughly $27,000. You'd think it'd be a no brainer, right? Wrong. I am a little selective and particular even to the point of ignoring costs.. For one, I do not want to do the hybrid or online version as I am more of a visual and hands on learner, and I would prefer a more personal/easy communication experience with the professors. I have visited blogs which were not very helpful.. Some claimed Wayland was amazing and others pretty much hate it.. so much confusion! Also, I stumbled across an article that claimed the BSN program was closing down as per TBON.. ?? Please, any feedback, personal experience, or information you can give me would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!!
