US LPNs/LVNs in Canada... tell me everything there is to know about the licensing process and working in Canada.

We only have LPNs in Canada, and you need to decide which province you want to get licensed with. Each province has its  own licensing process.

Thank you so much for the information. Do have a recommendation on which province is best for a LPN with the following nursing specialties - psych, addiction/detox, LTC, and school nursing?

I have no idea about LPNs or which province is best for them. I have only lived in BC, am in school for my RN, and don't know much about LPNs. However, I do know that in BC, for the most part, school nurses are no longer present, and when they did, they were RNs, not LPNs. Also for pysch nursing in BC, they mainly only hire RNs and pysch nurses.
