LPN LVN salary in Davita

I have this feeling that I'm underpaid :***: (or maybe not coz I dont have dialysis experience)

What's your salary as LVN LPN without experience in Dialysis at Davita?

I'm in San Antonio TX

I've heard around $14-16 per hour.

$20/hr in Southeast Houston area

San Antonio, or any other major city, you need to be making at least $21/hr as a LVN/LPN if not find a new place.

The rock bottom a LVN/LPN should be paid is $18/hr and that is in a rural long-term care in a low income area. (that is where the state pays the least for pt care.)

Malenurse you are very wrong. Keep dreaming. Pay varies area to area. As a new lvn with 5 years of dialysis teching, i started at 19. Got up to 22, i think 23 would have maxed me out, per Davitas new pay scale. I went to home dialysis and now make closer to 30/hr. As an Lvn. I'm in Dallas.
