Where and how to find oud the lowest cost for LVN/LPN Private schools?

Nursing Students LPN/LVN Students

Dear friends,

We really need information about the much lower-cost LVN/LPN private schools (not a community college or government-funded school) especially in California, if any.

You know in California the average tuition of a 1 year LVN program now is above $20,000. No wonder many people think twice and keep searching for other States to find the same type of LVN/LPN schools, but have 50% to 65% off.

The reasons we don't ask non-private schools are because of time management, family, waiting lists & competition (for entrance test) due to limitation of maximum-students allowed, possible Leave of Absence, etc.

I heard that in some States, it only costs abt $8,000 to $12,000 in total for this 1 year LVN/LPN program. We've been searching but still don't find accurate information.

Would you please share any information including the address, web and phone # regarding private LVN/LPN schools that offer us the possible lowest tuition?

Thanks in advance.

Most the communtity colleges in northern california offer the LVN program for about $1,200, plus books.

Hey There is a lof of school here in California I am from Southern California. There's a school close where I lived cost about 15,000 before it was 12,000 last year, but I think it would go up pretty soon.If you want the number I'll be glad to give it to you. There are also some other schools that cost about 18k.

Most private vocational schools that offer the LVN diploma are very, very costly. Few, if any, California area private vocational schools offer the LVN course for under $20,000. I know what you're saying when you indicated that time is a consideration, because community college programs tend to take longer (though they're cheaper).

I attended Casa Loma College in Van Nuys, California. My tuition was $19,995 for the school year.
