This might sound obvious, but....have you done an online search by State for hospitals, then looked up job postings for each? If you see LPN positions open, you have your answer. If you don't....then you have your answer. After all, whether they "do" hire isn't as important as whether they ARE hiring, right?

Start by looking for "Peds LPN" jobs on indeed.com as a start.

Which hospitals/healthcare organizations in Michigan, Indiana or Ohio still hire LPNs? My particular interest is Peds. Thank you.
