LPN/LVN High School option

Im here in Texas and Im trying to find out which states(HIGH SCHOOL names) nationwide offer an LPN/LVN option. Please advise. Thanks

I think you're asking which specific high schools anywhere in the USA offer practical nursing as an academic option? I don't know how we could answer that.

There are votech, vocational schools associated with some high schools that offer this but you'd have to check with the high school you're interested in as to whether they offer it and what the entry requirements are for each school.
