What is the outlook for LPNs in the Denver area? Are there a lot of positions available? What about the pay?
Thanks!

There are tons of jobs in Denver for LPN's. If I wanted to drive all the way there that would be a good place to start. Go to the newspaper websites for rocky mountain news and greeley times, etc. They have tons, especially in LTC where I don't want to work but looks like thats my only option.

Tell me how your job search went?
Because I am in the exact same situation as you!
Well, I live in Johnstown and had 2 interviews. One at PVHC at the clinic, but didn't get the job (My license wasn't issued by then.) My second interview was for a nursing home in Greeley where they gave me a job offer so I took it. I figure the more I look around for the job I really want the less luck I'll have at finding it, so I am going to work to get the experience and maybe put in an app at the new hospital before they open in 2007.
