Im an LPN...I passed my nclex in September and had my license by November...I've been applying to jobs non-stop and I've only had about two call backs. I'm frustrated and I'm starting lose hope in this whole nursing career. Also I applied to jobs on the eastcoast and had five call backs in one day...I'm thinking of moving. Idk I just need motivation.

The job market is tight in many areas in most professions. It could be the area where you have received call backs is an area in need while the area you live in is seeing an oversupply. It may indeed involve relocation to get that first job. The other option is to stay where you are and wait it out.
