I'm seriously considering becoming an Independent Provider for Medicaid. However, I need an RN Supervisor and I have no clue how to find one of those. I understand I have to pay him/her out of pocket, but where do I find one?

You can ask a trusted RN you know or sometimes other nurses on a given case will be able to "lend" you their supervising RN, she's already involved with the client anyway, and for a fee she or he can provide the service to you as well. Hope this helps.
