I am an LPN graduate in the Philippines but currently residing in singapore. I am planning to apply for licensure in CA. I have a question regarding the "hardcard" fingerprint, they already mailed to me the "hardcard", is it OK if I do the fingerprinting in Singapore Police Cantonment Complex? this is where the local nurses do the fingerprint when applying in the US. I only received two "hardcards", are there any other forms that I need to attached to the "hardcard" inorder for the "agency official" to sign and make it official? is there a need for notarization?

You are aware unless you have a GC from another route you will not qualify for immigration to the US as a LPN and also there is a retrogression and process is currently looking at 5 years. I would suggest a read in the Philippine forum as this has been discussed a few times

That is all that you need, but as we hasve told you over and over again, there just are no legal visas available for you to work in the US.
We keep seeing companies advertise that you can be here in just a few months but please be aware that the visas that they are offering are illegal for you to use in the nursing role. They can get you deported for immigration fraud and that is something that is a wise thing not to be doing. It means that you will be sent home if caught and not able to return to the US for minimum of ten years. The role of the LVN is seen more and more in nursing homes here, and those are the first places to get raided each month.
Thread is being closed since there is no way to legally obtain a visa to work in the US as an LPN or LVN. Licensure does not give you permission to work. And you must have a legal visa to work here, or you will be sold to the highest bidder as a slave.
Not a good thing.
