LPN going back into nursing

Hello out there,

I am an LPN going back into nursing after a long absence. I have done most of my work in LTC. I will be looking for work in Central Massachusetts (Oxford, Webster, Charlton,Auburn) and am seeking any and all help about pay rates, good places to work, not so good places to work, etc. Thanks in advance!
