LPN who is experienced and can not get a job with a good license

This is the hardest thing I have had to do and I just can not get a job.

I am experienced and still I can not get a job. Either its about the last job because I was in supervision for the past 4.5 years, or maybe its age but I have no idea.

I have a good resume and references but I can not get a job.

any suggestions.??

Yes if you could post where your experience is we be able to help you troubleshoot this because its 4 years in nursing you should be having no problem
