LPN CEU GENERAL

Hello,I have a question for LPN renewal GENERAL hours part. My facility uses Relias LLC and so far I have transferred my all of my CEU ‘s to CE broker, but it is still saying not complete. I realized I do not have the “general” hours. What would I do for the general hours?? I have attached a file pic

I am trying to avoid paying the $30 for the “package”
