LPN business owners / entrepreneurs!

I know RN's can operate their own business, but can LPN's?  Specifically in New York State.  Are there any LPN's in NY that have successfully  opened their own business?  Is it still in Healthcare? What kind of businesses do you operate?  I have been LPN for 6 years. I was in Internal medicine, geriatrics, and now pediatrics.  At my current office I also do ear piercing ages 4-6 mos to 21 years. I also have  BA in psychology.  I am very interested  in holistic health and wellness and skincare.  I do not have any one to collaborate  with (Dr or NP).

I know of one that operated a home health care agency for home health aides in NJ. Not sure about NY.
