Los Robles Hospital / HCA Healthcare Background Check

I was wondering if anyone in California has been recently hired at Los Robles Medical Center or any HCA Healthcare Hospial and knows their background check process. Do they fingerprint or just do a general computer background check? I have a record from 10 years ago that was expunged so it will not show up on a regular background check, however, it still shows up as a closed conviction upon livescan fingerprinting. I want to know what to expect so I know if I need to disclose my record or not. I have been cleared by the CA BRN and have an unrestricted RN license. Thank you for any info/advice you can provide.
