Hi everyone! I applied for Los Angeles valley college! I am waiting until the lottery to start. Has anyone else applied ? Let's keep each other in touch, also good luck everyone!!

I applied to Valley and was called last week on Tuesday to take the teas on Nov 25th. Waiting for a response as I Just finished taking the TEAS. I was not accepted the first time.Hoping to get in on second try. Goodluck to everyone.

I called them! they told me they are still working on it. Im so annoyed already. I told them how long will it take until the lottery is over they said after thanksgiving.

Hi All,

I am really glad that there is a thread for LAVC up and running. Also really happy we have this space to encourage each other as we are all working hard to get into nursing school. I've had my share of rejections. This is my first community college that I am applying to, so I'm praying we all get good news sometime soon! Keep pushing!

Did you guys get the email about the scam email being sent to a large number of laccd students? So I check and I wasn’t sent anything and my first thought was...damn I can’t even get picked in a scam ??? HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Hey everyone - At this point I haven’t heard anything from LAVC. I was told by the end of Nov. we’d be notified but it’s the 30th already! ?

Some schools are so good at keeping us in the loop every step, others not so much.

So I called them, they told me end of this week they will call us or email us
