Hi all, 

Just wanted to start this forum for the Spring 2023 application period so that we can keep each other updated. 

Has anyone applied yet? Their deadline is August 15th 2022.

Just wanted to keep updated. I applied for Spring 2023. Does anyone know when they will start to email back of applications?

I do not recall however, this is my second time applying and earlier this year I heard back on 4/13 stating that I met all requirements and then on 4/22 I received the last email stating that I was not selected via random lottery and to re-apply next session. I had applied I believe within the first couple of weeks of the application period.

Did you apply any other program beside lasc? I applied for Lbcc nursing program and I got email today. I was rejected and I don’t know what I’m gonna do?

Yes, I applied to LASC, Glendale, COC, Pasadena, and I am on the waitlist for Moorpark and La Trade Tech. I am going to have to re-take the TEAS with COC since they are only accepting the 7. I am waiting for La Harbor, La Valley, Pierce College and La City to open up. Have you applied to any others? I know someone that received a call last minute on 8/1 from LA City and was offered a spot for this FALL.

I also applied for LBCC, but have not heard back yet. I'm crossing my fingers that I do not receive the rejection email.....?

I applied lasc, Lbcc and I’ll be applying to RHC and cypress nursing program. Let’s hope for the best. My TEAS score is so bad. I think I’m not gonna get into any program ?

The TEAS score only affects you if it’s on a point system only. You should be good if it’s lottery based. The only other thing is to take the TEAS 7 if you have not.

I took TEAS 7 on July. Finger crossed. I’m looking forward to hear from LASC. What about you??

I have not taken the 7 but will have to in Early to mid October for COC since that is all they are accepting.

Yeah I think after this cycle everywhere will be accepting only TEAS 7.

I believe that it’s a 2 year waitlist.
