Los Angeles Southwest College (LASC) Fall 2020

Hey I applied but did not get accepted. I was told my application would be held for Spring 2021 admission. I last spoke to Carla about 4 weeks ago (she responded rather fast) and she said Fall 2020 was suspended and they haven't even looked into the Spring 2021 cohort. Does anyone have any new info?

I met a lady who works at my doctors office who is in her last semester and she said it so hard to understand the content and she does not feel prepared because they just read off the PowerPoints. I let her know that LASC was the closest school to me and she said recommend that I choose a different program and that the drive is worth it because she literally teaching her self and just reading the books.

LOL you are totally correct. Their NCLEX pass rates nearly scared me away. I think I will decline as well. I already got accepted into Trade but I gotta wait about 2 years until my name is called LOL. I am hoping to get into Harbor or LAVC.. fingers crossed because I will find out in a few weeks!

Also Aracely told me they only accepted applicants with TEAS... HMMMM.. (I did not have my TEAS by then) and I find that rather strange!
