When you apply click on fall 2018 and you will see the nursing progran at csun. If you click on summer it s not there.

I emailed the CSU mentor system and they said we had to ask a counselor. I'm assuming that we all have the same AAs- STEM, and behavioral and social sciences? With the csu general ed certificate? Is there any way one of you can ask a counselor? I'm in a different state right now and won't be back till sunday

Yes, we do. We send one set of transcripts to the admission office and one to the nursing department.

Congrats to all accepted students at LA Pierce for Spring 2018! And for those of you who didn't make it this time, please keep trying! It's a matter of patience and luck. Keep applying to ALL LACCD Colleges out there to increase your chances of acceptance (LA Valley, LA City, Glendale, etc).

My name is Denis and I'm a Class President for the cohort before you (Fall 2017) so if you'd like to meet face-to-face sometime in December, just let me know. I can answer any questions you guys might have about the LA Pierce Nursing program, what professors you will have in your 1st semester, what to expect for clinicals, what books to buy, etc. It's an exciting time for you but also TONS of work so be prepared in February!

Oh, I am sorry. I was told your class has it tomorrow because we don't have to come to campus tomorrow. Our Syllabus read "No clinical on December 8th in lieu of Orientation day." My mistake. Always follow whatever Karla sends out.

Than for your email. how are the professors? i heard that professor tiu is very tough especially in clinicals and same for professor lemus that she is very disorganized. How many students dropped ?

We had one student drop out in the first week of school then another student dropped out mid-way for personal reasons. So our class has 34 students right now. As far as professors go, it's best to explain to you in person more about them. I don't want to put anybody on blast here.
