Hi! I noticed there wasn't a form on here yet for us applying to LACCONAH and decided to start one.

Hello, can someone please let me know what the interview is like and what to expect? I see we will be asked two questions and do an activity. Does anyone know what the activity is?

I've never done the interview process, but based on previous forums, they invite people based on a certain point cut-off (I think Fall 2022 the point cut-off was around 81/82 for the interview process.) There's a writing exercise with a prompt and ~15 minutes to write a short paragraph, and an interview. I don't know what they're going to ask, but I plan to prepare for questions like, "why nursing?" Not exactly sure what the activity is, but they're basically seeing if we can collaborate together/follow instructions. I believe the activity changes between application cycles, so it isn't the same (but it should be easy.) Also, we have to dress up, so basically whatever you'd wear to a job interview. I think we'll hear back from LACCONAH about interviews in early April, so it'll be a waiting game until then. Decision itself of whether we made it into the program on their website is May 15th, which is so late compared to other programs!

Yes! Long Beach is the only one I've heard anything from. CSULA has been so quiet. I wish LA County's decision came out sooner ?
