Hello.

My name is Kevin Jang. I'm currently in LACC and completed all the required prerequisites and TEAS Exam, scored 86%. I applied to LACC nursing program but I was denied due to having 2 Ws on a science course. My current GPA is 3.55. I thought being in the US Army Reserve would help me in the application process but I was wrong. I was wondering which schools I should apply to. I was also thinking about American Career College but it is so expensive. please help.

Online College - Western Governors University - WGU has prelicensure nursing in SoCal. They are non-profit, fully accredited and are an NLN Center of Excellence. also, military friendly.

The BRN has a list of BSN programs in California here RN Programs . Every school has their own criteria on what they will accept. I didn't have a great cumulative GPA so I wasn't accepted into several BSN programs I applied to, so you may want to consider BSN as well as ADN programs just to have options.
