There will be more PH nurses with their current licenses in jeopardy and hope each and everyone of them loses their jobs forever. I firmly believe that this is what was the leading cause of the concurrency issues that's been the bane of thousands of Phils nurses and grads.

If you guys know of others, you really should notify (and can do in a discreet way) the CA BRN Enforcement Div., go to the CA BRN site and it's there. As I stated a few times, if my own mother, sister, best friend obtained their license in a cheating and greedy way, I will REPORT them. Given that so many of us worked and sweated and cried over for 4 long hard years and these crooked nurses that simply "purchased" their way in, in my eyes, do NOT deserve to be called "nurses".

I don't care if they have years of excellent service, are current DON's, they sold their souls to the Devil and as such, deserve not to be a nurse. Who knows if these greedy nurses also cheat on their charting, lie on reports and to others, but I would not put it passed them. These corrupted nurses have taken away jobs that others should have been more and rightfully deserving. Guys, imagine if the job that was between you and cheating nurse, then the cheater gets it, how would you feel?

As I reported before, there are at least 130 plus other PH nurses under investigation (read the CA BON minutes), there's been a hiring of several more investigators as this problem is probably more widespread than what seems to be on the surface. That's also why the CA BRN are going back to the 2004 curriculums and reviewing those transcripts.

-- "Phony Registered Nursing Programs", of which the Phillipines is mentioned. This is referring to the findings of those submitting RECTO false documents and some PH schools may have adjusted the transcripts to make for a more favorable compliance and why some PH grads from the same school didn't get approved.

-- "Update on BRN Investigations"-- the mention of hiring 4 Special Investigators in Nor Cal and 14 Special Investigators in So CAl. This is also partly where I read in the earlier CA BON minutes, they will be looking at those international applicants who have already obtained CA RN license and may already be working and may still be subjected to having their school's transcripts re-reviewed for concurrence compliance. If found deficient, they may keep their jobs but will have their licenses on a some kind of review or probationary tag, as long as they comply with the rules and get the requirements done in 2-3 years. There was always talk of how the CA BON was inconsistent at times. So now, with the larger investigation staffing, they can do their jobs.

P.S. Luckily for my mom, sister and best friend are not nurses.

If these greedy nurses go beyond the suspension stage, I hope the CA BRN can not only take away their license, but file other charges against them, including heavy monetary fines and penalties, but also time in jail. These bad nurses will now deserve what's coming to them.

After all, this is plain fraud and there's a big price to pay for this.

What this guy did is shameful, disgusting, stupid and greedy. He destroyed the reputation of all Philippine nurses who honestly got their degrees by studying hard. He is a disgrace to Philippine nurses and deserves what's coming to him. :madface:
