Hi I've been in homecare for 7years but the first 2 years of my nursing career I was in LTC facilities. I'm looking to go back but being in homecare so long I've lost some skills. Is there anything I should study to pass a exam I have to take before getting in to a facility?

Maddyfan, I recently spent 5 years doing private duty, then I moved to an LTC. It took me a few days but soon I was up and running, literally. You can do it. No tests needed.
