Hi all,

I am looking for a travel position in the Raleigh Durham area and wonder if anyone can recommend a travel agency to go with. This will be my first time traveling and I really want it to be a good experience!!!

I would like a housing stipend and medical insurance.

Any suggestions would be great!!!

Please no recruiters!!! Just looking for honest recommendations

Thanks

Try IPI (innovative placements), Trinity, Talemed, or Cirrus. I'm in NC and have not seen much out there. I think Trinity has something in that area. I'm with Trinity and have been very pleased...so far. Best of luck!

Welcome to the world of travel nursing. I have worked for 3 different companies. On the 23rd of this month I will start working for my 4th one. Each and every company has its perks. The one that I have found so far is Supplemental Health. The benefits, housing stipend is some of the best I have seen and I have traveled for over 4 years. ALso the economy has hit the travel nurse industry real hard. The jobs are not any where close to what they were last year. Good luck.

I would recommend Nurses Rx. They are part of the mega-co AMN. I worked with them for a year and it was a positive experience for me. NursesRx is based out of NC. Not sure if that makes it easier or better, but it may make for a smoother transition when your recruiter is personally familiar with the area you are booking.

I work with NHS, out of Charlotte NC. They always have listings in Durham. Just know that the hospital in Durham requires experience for their postings. This came from my recruiter. If you want more information, PM me.
