Looking to transtition

I work in a ICF nursing facility. I have 12-13 clients a day in 2 homes and to be honest I love the clients but the company sucks to work for. The pay is low and direct care staff,nurses even adon and don gossips to much and what others said has gotten me almost written up! Which of course was not true. I want to try LTC 3rd shift (night) I was hesitant when I first got my license last year in june but since i have a year of experience Im not as nervous so if yall could give me some advice I would be most grateful .

    Can you please expand on what type advice you are looking for? Most of us could write a novel on the in's and out's of LTC. If you direct us as to what you're wanting to know I'm sure you'll get more responses.
