Looking a school in Bay Area

World Registration

Published

Hi everyone! I graduated last 2012 from a nursing school in Philippines. I had my transcripts reviewed by BRN-Ca and they said that I need to take MS 2 and OB... I am now looking for schools, most of the accredited schools in the BRN webpage says that they dont accept students like me... Please help me!!!

OK a bit confused by your post because you say brother is registered for the BVNPT but BON saying he has to register for LVN. BVNPT is for LVN. BRN is for RN

If he didn't intend to register for RN then only option is LVN/PN

Hi Kawaiibows and silverdragon, When I had my trancripts evaluated by the board of nursing for NCLEX RN I got denied. My evaluator gave me two options. First is to look for schools who would offer my deficiencies and while on a waiting list I can apply for NCLEX for LVN and my evaluator will forward my transcripts from BRN to BVNPT. I paid for both application. I included the letter that BRN gave me in my application for BVNPT and they approved my application.

My expierence in calling for the BRN is that they will direct your call to you evaluator. He is tge one that is reviewing your file. As to calling BVNPT I did not really had experience to talk beyond inquiry.

is it a private school? how much did you have to pay for the MS?

Try to contact Dominican university. All you have to do is send them your brn's denial letter then theyll include you on the waiting list. It's a private university so i suggest you better start saving now. :)

You can also try national university
