Looking for Online Graduate Health Assessment

Hi Fellow Nurses. I hope you can help me out:

I am looking for a school that will allow me take a course for an Online Health Assessment for NP's as a non-degree student. The one I completed is for Nursing educators and will not transfer. It seems many places are hostile unless you're enrolled in their degree program.
