Thinking of moving back (quite a lot) by the end of year to California; by then I'll have 10 months of experience as a Telemetry nurse; planning on working as a [EKG] Monitor Tech until I get my California license -- which can take months to years.
How's the job market in the Los Angeles county? I've been looking, and most of them "prefers" one year experience which means it not a must. For example, Glendale Memorial Hospital and Medical Center only requires six months of experience, and USC prefers one year. I read on here or somewhere that it's fine as long it's near the one year mark?
Personally, I want to leave, but I do not want to make the wrong decision. Hoping to finalize my decision by next week so I can give my resignation letter, if I do decide to leave.
