You might want to look at Hospice. There are several in PBC alone. I know that they are more than willing to at least interview a new grad. It might not be where you want to stay for the rest of your career, but in this market any RN job is a good job and years of experience on you resume.

Hello,
I am currently a nursing student who will be graduating from Johns Hopkins University's Accelerated BSN program in July. I currently hold a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech. I will be moving to Florida after graduation and I am looking for a position anywhere between West Palm Beach and Miami. While I have no experience as a RN, I have worked with children at the Center for Rehabilitation and Development, as a child's disability attendant for Virginia Department of Medical Services, and as a substitute teacher/secretary. I have also spent over 500 hours volunteering for a crisis hotline and worked as a research technician. I would love a L&D or NICU position; however, I am willing and open to all areas.
If you or anyone you know is hiring in this area, please let me know.
Thank you!
Samantha
