Hi there! I was born with bilateral clubfoot that was corrected when i was still a baby. while it was corrected when i was a baby, i still find that i get very sore feet quicker than most. i have always found crocs to be the most comfortable shoe for me. my nursing program's shoe guidelines state that the shoe must be all white, closed toe AND heel. So, clogs are out of the question. There are some healthcare crocs, but they have a heel strap? does this qualify as closed heel? Has anybody else used them, what kind? Also, have you run into this issue before? Thank you!

Try Danskos. I wear them all the time and LOVE them! I believe they have an all white one.

Although I like my danskos, cherokee makes one similar with more shock absorbers than dansko. The shoe is all leather except for a tiny wedge of elastic on each side for flexability, all white and much more padded than Danskos. It also runs much cheaper. I wear them for clinicals.

Crocs Neria Work closed back nursing clogs. - Scrubs and Beyond
I got these a few months ago and love them. I use them for school and work; the only thing I don't like is that they make my feet pretty hot, but it's worth it.
