Hello, I am a new manager recently promoted to CNA coordinator and am looking for a CNA checklist that I can use to train new individuals, the previous coordinator hired many NA's and I do not feel like they got the proper training before taking on the floor solo. I would like to start a better twining program and track their progress and have a list of skills they are required to learn and reshow in order to work solo. Anything helps! Thank you in advance!

Have you thought of looking at CNA training curriculum skills check-off lists to adapt?
Just a thought so as not to re-invent the wheel...
Thank you for the advice, I have considered that! I was simply seeing if anyone had a pre-exisiting one that I could use as a template or a starting point for my own.

We have a checklist but honestly a lot of the points seem somewhat irrelevant/redundant. If I were you I would just look at an overview of what CNAs in your facility do on a daily basis, compile a list then create an orientation/training checklist based off that.
