Hello everyone, new to the forums here, and back into nursing after a long absence. :yeah:I recently orientated at a nursing home, and have reactivated my LPN License. Unfortunately, I have only been offered PRN status with the facility, so I am wanting to make a resume. My idea was to put it together on a nurses notes page (kinda hoping to make my resume unique, fun, and to stand out a bit from the pool of applicants.) After "googling" about everything I could think of to find a blank page of nurses notes, I have nothing. Does anyone have any thoughts, or links as to where I could find these forms at please? Have my heart set on doing it this way so...any help would be greatly appreciated! TY
