hello,
I have a tourist visa, cgfns and nclex passer, may be you can refer an employer who can directly hire me and eventually convert my visa if not, an agency, I prefer to work eirher in maryland or pensylvania. How much would it likely the cost of their services. Your referral will be greatly appreciated.thanks

FYI - There is a retrogression right now and no one can covert a tourist visa to a green card during these times (via a legal process called Adj. of Status - AOS) and filing for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD), w/c permits someone to work temporarily while waiting for the AOS, likewise is on-hold.

same here I am a holder of an unrestricted license for the state of new mexico and have applied for license by endorsement to WA . I prefer to work in WA as a staff nurse if any agency or hospital is willing to sponsor.

I think one can do AOS (If stayed in US for more than 90 days) in July when the PD is current .But pls confirm before do so. I am also looking for an employer.

Not going to work. Unless you already have an employer and have had the I-140 already submitted. It takes a month in most cases to get the documentation required to be submitted with that petition, it is not something that is done overnight. By the time that the petition is complete, the visas are going to be gone.
