Looking for A Pen Pal Nurse

World International

Published

Hello,

My name is Jameszetta James and I'm interested in becoming pen pals with a nurse from another country:coollook:. I'm hoping to gain from the friendship information on how nursing is experienced in your country. In essence of the near future, I will hope that our pen pal friendship will help me have a clear view on where I will like to take my first assignment as an international nurse.

Let me begin by explaining more about myself. I have been a nurse for 9.5 years. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in nursing in 2000. I'm currently working on my master's in nursing leadership & management hoping to graduate in 2010:dance:. My background has been in cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and intensive care nursing. I have had jobs in: burn units, short stay units, as a heart transplant coordinator, medical intensive care units, registry positions, etc. Currently, I'm working in a managed care environment at a major insurance company.

During my spare time I enjoy reading, traveling, shopping, eating, and running. I have finished three full marathons:yeah:, and a ton of half marathons:D. I have worked at some of the best academic medical centers in the Chicago land area.

Enough about me, I want to hear from you. I'm hoping to become pen pals with a nurse who is very open about learning about the U.S.A.

Hope to hear from you soon,

Jameszetta James RN, BSN:paw:
