I was a stay-at-home mom for 25 years. Thus, I have a large gap on my resume with no work experience.
What is the best way to deal with this, resume wise?

Have you used your license doing volunteer work in a free clinic? Is your license current? Have you kept up your readings on the field? Have you taken courses to stay current?
