how long did it take you to buy your house in Philly?

I'm wondering how long it takes? Out here, we bought our house in a month, it was built 3 months later (scary:eek: )

I have the name of an agent (thanks Karen!) but before I start bothering him, I want to get an idea of how many houses you looked at and how long it took ppl to buy their homes?

I'm not moving for awhile but you know how time flies. I don't want to be stuck without a home when we leave any help would be great!

It is a seller's market here so you really have to jump on the house you want and bid high or you'll be S.O.L. So basically you can buy a house in a weekend.:chuckle I've seen them sell that fast! Good luck!
