Hi everyone! I wanted to create this thread for all the applicants for LBMC/MCWH March 2023 New Grad Residency. I recently applied to Miller Children's for a few different units. All of my applications now say "completed", rather than "under consideration" or "submission received". I was wondering if this means that I am no longer in the running for any of the units? 

Has anyone heard back for interview opportunities or know what the submission labels mean for the applications? 

Any tips for interview questions ?

Hi I just interviewed for the NICU last week but have not heard back yet. Did they tell you when you'll be hearing back?

I accepted a new grad position for one of the adult units couple weeks ago. Anyone taking a position at LBMMC? Looks like everyone here is interviewing with Miller haha

Observation unit! I didn't go to school here so I don't know much about this program. Any idea how big this cohort is gonna be?

Congrats! I'm not too sure honestly. I just know that it starts March 20th. Not sure if all units will start orientation together and how it will be divided in terms of units.
