Long Article about HUMC's political influence

Apparently, HUMC was so enraged by the article that they pulled all their advertising from The Record, and made them come and remove their newspaper sales boxes *and* newspapers from the gift shop:

Then the next day a hospital representative contacted The Record and rescinded their decision. I think that their initial decision to end their relationship with The Record made HUMC look VERY bad. It also opened up advertising for other hospitals. People in northern Bergen County are old and educated...the type that read their newspaper every day. I'm glad that someone had enough sense to put emotions aside and to not let good reporting get in the way of a long standing relationship that HUMC had with North Jersey Media.
