I have not recieved anything since the initial email we all got with the requirements the drug test could be school and hospital based.... I will call this afternoon to see if a date has been set for orientation

Just so everyone's bows you can get vaccines and Titers done when you go for the general physical which is free of charge the only thing I had to pay was $45 for blood work but that included all titers

Where did you go to get this done? Everywhere that I have called about titers seems to be so expensive. I think around $400 average. I would love anyone's input on this! :)

I went to my primary doctor for the physical and gave them the immunization record needed and they ordered lab work from there to quest diagnostics

Yeah, I did all my vaccinations and titers through my PCP and haven't paid anything. Unfortunately I already had my physical this year so I'm debating office visit copay or trying to find something cheaper.

Is everyone from Cy-fair still waiting for the orientation date? They are really taking their time! Does anyone else have to take the TOEFL? Any recommendations about books to use for preparation for it would be very much appreciated.

It is a test you have to take if you graduated from high school from a non-English speaking country. I think it is stupid since I have been taking so many college level classes here in the US for the last two and a half years, but I have no choice; I will have to take it to prove that I am proficient in Engllish.

I just called cy-fair they have not set a date for orientation and are still waiting on info to send for fingerprints and the BON background.... They said an email will be sent when they know more

I did my DO in late March and received my clearance from the BON in early April. I uploaded to certified profile and it's complete. I thought most people had already received their blue cards?
