Hi guys! I just wanted to start a thread going for this summer (2015) application period for Spring 2016 ADN Admission since I haven't seen one yet so hopefully we get it going! (: Anyways, I just took my HESI today with a composition score of only 85% (kinda bummed out about this ... but at least I passed all the sections? lol ) so I'm thinking of retaking it again ... since I will have the allotted 60 days before application closes up in August. This gives me an overall grade of 7.408 out of 8 pts. Please feel free to post what you guys got! I'm trying to get into CyFair as my first choice. I believe the only other campus is Kingswood.

Well you have a much better point average than myself. My I had beenworking on the prereqs for 2 years when they switched the scale so 2 years gone. My ENGL and AP were both B average so in order to even get on a competitive scale with everyone, I'd have to ace the HESI which is seeming to be difficult. Right now I believe I'm at 6.28 so at best I'll be an alternate. :/

Hey @duong.dang
I am planning to apply for Spring 2016 at Lone Star Cyfair. I haven't take the Hesi yet. Can you give me some advice on how to study for it. How long did you study before taking the Hesi? Is there a calculator for the math portion? How was the a&p and vocabulary sections? Thank You! :)

I'm applying for the basic track at Cy-Fair. I did the scoring chart and my score is a 7.42. Does anyone know what they consider a good score? What have the accepted in the past?
