Lone Star Fall 2017 ADN Hopefuls

Published

Hey I was wondering if anyone else has started a post on Fall 2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls... & If not then let's get this one going!

I am in pharm now. Not terrible at all. North Harris is great

I just wanna start the program! So looking forward to the clinicals!!

I'm taking pharm online this summer as well; I wonder how difficult it is.

Who are yall taking for online pharm? I emailed Nickie at Kingwood yesterday to add me to a class but she hasn't responded/added me yet. Guess it may take a couple days.

Im taking pharm with Lee Jerls. I emailed Nickie yesterday as well and I was added to the class this morning.

Yep im taking Lee Jerls too this summer! :)

I'm taking pharm online this summer (1st half) through Tomball. I hope it's ok, I wanted to get it and A&P 2 out of the way this summer. I'm a bit nervous that both classes this summer will be a lot, but hopefully better than doing it during the program.

AP2 is pretty difficult and from what we have heard pharmacology has a lot of memorization as well.. so it will be tough but do make sure you can handle both because they are both tough classes!

I'm studying for pharmacology as we speak! Lol. I'm taking it at tomball too as i mentioned before, but it's the 8 week course. It's difficult o my because there is so much to memorize !! Taking it with AP2 could be tough but I agree.. better than taking it while in the nursing program!

Yeah true! I am currently taking AP2 8 week course and yeah its going crazy fast and sooo much to cover but I'd rather do it now than with 12 hour clinicals lol

Very true, I decided to take both in the summer but pharm in the first and A&P in the second so they aren't going at the same time. It will be worth it in the end, I hope!
