Lone Star Fall 2017 ADN Hopefuls

Hey I was wondering if anyone else has started a post on Fall 2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls... & If not then let's get this one going!

You drop off a copy to your first choice and that's it. When I submitted my application online I immediately got a

"[email protected]" on my Lonestar page. It doesn't say anything though.

I would double check. Mine said my points and to check my email after 3/27 to see if I was accepted or not

I'll recheck next week on campus. My computer is weird. At first it didn't give me the option to rank the campuses so I had to go on the computers at school and there it showed. Probably the case here too

Hello.. I applied at lone star for ADN Fall 2017 program and UTH Fall 2017.. Looking at both threads I think I need to retake my English that I took in 2006 í ½í¸£ and bring my overall GPA up for UTH, but still have hopes up.

I I want to ask if any of you guys know if notifications usually get send early April or late April ??? í ½í¸í ½í¸

It didn't give me a choice to submit online? Only said to drop it off at my first choice campus. I'll check again in the morning but my only options were to print the pages!

@JJfutureRN what was your point for lonestar that makes you think you need to retake English?? Good luck on both choices!!!

I got a C in English so that totally drop below 7. Seems you have to get A's in the engl 1301 and AP to have better chances

Hi everyone. I have spent the last few of months studying for the HESI but I am just wondering about the science portion. The review books and online practice test have A&P portions as well as Biology, Chemistry , and Physics. On the information page on the LSC HESI info pages it list only A&P. But the Kingwood page it lists Biology, Chemistry and A&P. I am so confused! Will the HESI also include all those other science subjects?? I get the Biology portion but if Chemistry isn't a pre-req for the ADN program why would we get tested on it?

I am not to sure honestly! I took my hesi at cyfair and I just had to take AP for the science

Montgomery only had an A&P portion for the science. I'm sure they are all the same.

Okay great so there was no need to jam all that extra info for this exam. So the A&P section, were the questions pretty broad and kind of all over the place?

I will be applying with a 6.4 to north Harris. Super disappointed 😞
