Hey Guys,

Just starting this thread for those of us applying for Fall 2021 LLU nursing. I applied for Spring 2021 but was put on the waitlist but unfortunately didn't get in. I have my interview scheduled for Feb 9th! Good luck to everyone applying ?

I think I only applied a few days before you. I got the call on Thursday. She asked to schedule for next week, but the time they gave me was during my class! I said I could do any other time but she said nothing else was available and she will call me in a week to schedule a different time...I hope that did not affect my application...she seemed pretty understanding.

So I attended the info session yesterday and they did say that they are still in the process of calling Fall applicants for interviews. Hoping for that call!

Did they say when they’d send out acceptances by?

If they did specify when decisions will be made, I missed that. They said that they're still in the process of interview "block weeks", so I think it's going to be a long while. ?

Did you guys get that email about the financial aid award letter? I'm on the LLU portal and it's asking me to confirm my major and graduation date. How would I know that?

No I literally added LLU to my FAFSA today LOL man I really am on a roll for last minute deadlines

I did. I did Nursing, BS.... and graduation date I guessed 2026 LOL. The program is 8 quarters, but I extended it just to be safe I guess. IDK how that would affect anything negatively. ?‍♀️

The same thing happened to me! She called me on Feb. 25 to schedule an interview for Feb. 26, but it would cut into my class, so I said I couldn't. She said she would call back when she gets the new schedule. I just called her back today because it had been almost 2 weeks since she called, and she said the next set of interviews would be conducted on March 22-26; and she hasn't received the schedule yet but will call sometime next week with times. It makes me feel so uneasy!! I should've just been late to class when she called the first time.

Good morning everyone,

     I got the financial aid email last night and finished all the forms this morning. Just a heads up, I read the priority deadline for all the forms is 03/16. You can fill them out after that but it seems like the funds available may not be as...robust? IDK. Anywho. Happy Friday!

Hey guys! I received the financial aid email as well but it says since I'm a new student I need a temporary pin and it would be sent in a separate email. I never received the email with my pin. Did you guys get an email with all of that information?

Yes, a separate email showed up about 15-20 mins after

Really? I got the first email last night so I thought by this morning I would have gotten the second one and I never did... Hmm. I'll just have to email them about it!
