Hey Guys,

Just starting this thread for those of us applying for Fall 2021 LLU nursing. I applied for Spring 2021 but was put on the waitlist but unfortunately didn't get in. I have my interview scheduled for Feb 9th! Good luck to everyone applying ?

Hi all!

 

I got a bit of a late start on my app. I am applying for traditional BSN. I have sent my TEAS score that I took already a couple years ago. Do I also have to take a separate test, is that what the critical thinking is? I have been emailing and calling but they are probably very busy right now.

Yes, the critical thinking test is required and is a separate test. Have you tried emailing ----------------------- to schedule it? She usually replies very quickly.

Make sure to take your CT test before the deadline, good luck!

You know what, I was able to get ahold of someone @ LLU and I am working on getting that scheduled now. Thank you for taking the time to respond back to me! I am very grateful for resources such as these.

Quick question for anyone who is around,

     I had my transcripts sent electronically yesterday. Upon submitting my application today, I see an "academic transcript request" form under the instructions portion of my app. Do I need to resend my transcript electronically with this form as an attachment? If anyone knows, please let me know.

No I would email --------------------------- after you receive your “transcripts received” email and verify they received it. I sent mine on Friday and ---------------------- confirmed Tuesday they were received. Hopefully they receive them by Friday!

Hey guys! Quick question about the interview. I have mine next week and I was wondering if any of you would be willing to share any tips or questions they asked that you thought were challenging?

We aren’t allowed to share what the questions were, it’s in the email they send for the interview. But I would suggest just being bubbly and happy, answering their questions fully and if it’s still timed, get the important part of your answer out because they will cut you off mid sentence. They’re really nice people, it’s nerve wracking but really it’s just your time to shine!

Hey, do you know if they will let us know if we ended up not getting called up for Spring? I know they called with denials the first time around but IDK if they will call or email for waitlist people?
