Loma Linda New Graduate RN Residency February 2023

Hey guys! I’m posting this for everyone applying to the Winter cohort for the New Grad Residency program at Loma Linda University Health. 

I have already applied and got the recorded video interview question, however, I haven’t heard back from them yet. Has anyone gotten an in person interview yet?

Hi everyone,

I still haven’t heard back from them.  I’ve decided to look elsewhere. I recently applied to Southwest Healthcare System (Inland Valley/Rancho Springs) RN New Grad Program for Med Surg/Tele.  I applied and was immediately called back for an in person interview and offered the position a couple hours back!  They are currently hiring 10-20 new grads to start 2/20/23! I highly recommend applying! They also have the RN New Grad PCU position also stating 2/20/23. New grad salary is $40/hr with $4.5 dollar differential for NOC shifts!

Do you know if southwest requires a 2 year commitment? Loma Linda requires a 3 year commitment!
