Hi Ill be having an interview via zoom on Tuesday. Is anyone here can give some advices, and questions they asked! Are the interviewees recruiters or are they the nurse managers from your chosen unit? Was there situational questions? Im so nervous! Thank youuu! I only had one round of interview. They asked me why the unit, what to verify before giving medication safety, what I think it's important in nurses. I didn't get asked any situational questions, but I hear many others got asked. Always connect LLU's values in your answers.
