Hi everyone!
I just wanted to start a page for the upcoming Loma Linda Adult New Grad Program for the upcoming cohort of May 2021!
I submitted my app and it says "application is under Recruiter Review" has anyone been contacted yet or has their status changed to anything else?
Thought we could keep each other updated through this process. It says we should be hearing back starting Feb. 10th to March 12, 2021 for interviews.
I applied for ED and Oncology!
Good luck everyone ?
At the end of my interview, I was told I would hear back after all interviews have been conducted. I was told interviews will be held until March 12. So, I’m thinking we will hear back sometime after March 12.

Thank you! I hope we get good news after waiting this long

I had my zoom interview this week. I didn't get any situational questions as I prepared. I only got asked:
why this unit
what that the safety check before giving the medication
what you see as important in nurses.
The interview lasted around 15 minutes, which is much shorter than I expected.
Great!! Thank you so much @newgradrnnn for sharing what they asked! Did you receive a phone call from the recruiter or just an email stating your Zoom interview details? Also, where did you apply?? I’m still waiting for any communication from the recruiter.

I received a phone a couple of days before the interview and a confirmation email later. I applied for the Cardiac ICU. The manager who interviewed me said that they are still in the interviewing process and will make a decision in the next two weeks. Which unit did you apply to?

That’s awesome!! @newgradrnnn I really hope you get an offer for the position. ? I applied to the Surgical ICU. I haven’t been called yet, which kinda makes me nervous. Although, I did say I am open to working other departments on my application.
Quick question, when you applied back in the beginning of June, did you already have your RN license in CA? I applied before I was licensed and just received my RN license last week on July 6th. I called the HR department at LLUMC, and the lady I spoke with said that my application may have been overlooked by the recruiters for the “first round” because I checked the box stating I was not yet licensed “but planned to be licensed by Sept. ....” Nevertheless, I did update my candidate profile on the jobs portal to include my RN license number as soon as it posted on the BRN (July 6th).
Hi Ill be having an interview via zoom on Tuesday. Is anyone here can give some advices, and questions they asked! And also will there be a second round of interview after the zoom? Thank you soo much!

Hello,
I'm sorry for the late response. I had my RN license when the time I applied. I updated my resume once during the application reviewing time. If you updated within time, I think they will take it into consideration when reviewing. Good luck! !
