Loma Linda New Grad Oct. 2021 Cohort

Hello!

I noticed there was no existing forum for the Graduate Nurse Oct. 2021 cohort at LLUMC, so I thought I would create one for those of us who applied!! Based on the forum from last year’s Oct. cohort, it appears that interviews started rolling out after July 11th. So let’s see if that is the case this time around! Good luck!! ?

I'm not really sure if it's med-surg, I'm assuming so but it just says Surgery Unit. My application says "Application under review" and hasn't changed since. I know a friend that interviewed for the ICU and received an offer. Hope more units reach out soon for you guys! ?

The interview was a panel interview! They asked behavioral questions and some personal experiences in the clinical field. I received an offer the following morning and accepted :)

did you receive the offer for ICU ? 
also you mentioned you friend received an offer too, what does that mean the offer are the same or different? Sorry I’m very unfamiliar with the process

No I accepted an offer for the Surgical Unit! We work in different units/floors. No worries!

Does anyone know if they are still sending out emails/calls for interviews?? I still have not received any communication from LLUH. At this point, I think it’s safe to assume I was not selected for the Oct. cohort.
