So mine has a generic 'Interview Phase'. Why are people getting specific units for the interview phase? My first choice was Neuro/SICU, followed by behavioral health, and then DOU, I believe.

Maybe that's the unit that has openings. Good question. Because my first choice was oncology

I have no update yet, my first choice was the medical progressive unit? Has anyone's app update from that unit?

Congrats!! If you don't mind me asking, when did you submit your video interview? I am thinking they are probably going through them based on time of submission, but I am trying to stay hopeful hehe

nvm, I totally missed that mine said Surgical Care 14A. I guess I was looking for something that said ICU or SICU on it.

If we interview but don't make the cut to our specific unit, would there still be a chance for them to offer our second or third choices? I've heard that this can happen, but I'd like to know if anyone knows of an instance where it has occurred before.
