do anybody know of a company that will give someone a loan with bad credit?

Usually the loans that you cna get from school don't check your credit you just have to fill out the FAFSA first so they can see if you'r eligible for any money from that. Most private loan companies like the ones you see on TV do credit checks but some allow you to receive the moeny if you havce a co signer.

Yep if you do your FAFSA and qualify financially, you can get the govt loans and grants with bad credit. Had I known this years ago after my divorce I would have started college a very very long time ago.

Also sallie mae may finance you. With poor credit I was denied for myself but got two so far for my daughter's education with ease.
